His husband says that LIONESS star Mike Heslin died suddenly at the age of 30.
People knew him from his roles in Lioness and The Holiday Proposal Plan.
Scotty Dynamo, whose real name is Nicolas James Wilson, said on social media on Friday that his late husband Mike had died too soon.
According to him, the actor died “from an unexpected cardiac event after a week-long battle in the hospital.”
“Michael was young, in perfect health, and the doctors have no explanation for what happened,” he told us.
Scotty put up a bunch of pictures of himself and Mike on Instagram.
The post started with a selfie from not too long ago and then had cute pictures from their wedding and of Mike as a child.
His wife called the star “brilliant, selfless, and a real-life guardian angel.”
In his post, he said that Mike had been there for him “through multiple rounds of cancer.”
“He was the first person everyone would call to share good news with, and he was the perfect person to call if they needed a shoulder to lean on or the best advice,” he said.
It was also Scotty who said that his late husband was “the sweetest, most caring, and loving man on earth.”
“Michael, meeting you was the best thing that ever happened to me,” he wrote in part. You make my world go round. I love you very much. My heart broke into a million pieces when I felt you take your last breath. I would trade places with you right away if I could.
“But I will take it one day at a time like you always told me to, and live every day in your honor,” he said.
His statement said that he and Mike “were in the early stages of starting a family” when he died.
“If I ever become a dad, I am going to name my son after you and hope that I manage to raise him to become at least half the man you are,” he said.
“BEYOND HEARTBROKEN” Spencer also talked about his sadness on Instagram.
He put a picture from his wedding to Mike on his Story.
“I am so sad and lost with grief.” It seems impossible every second that you’re not with me. It hurts my body every time I breathe. “But if there’s one thing I know about you, it’s that you’d want me and everyone else who knew you to stay strong and enjoy the rest of our lives to the fullest,” he wrote in a caption under the picture.
He put up another cute picture of the two of them together and wrote, “I miss you so much.”
DOING WHAT YOU NEED TO DO
Fans replied to Scotty’s post by saying they were sorry and offering their support.
“I am so completely sorry. In November, my 33-year-old brother died of a sudden cardiac arrest. It was so cruel that it happened for no reason. One fan wrote, “I wish you peace. Remember to be patient with yourself during this time and let the love of those around you in.”
Someone else wrote, “I’m so sorry for your loss.”
A third fan said, “This just broke my heart.”
Hey Scotty, I’m really sorry. “Sending you big, big hugs,” said a fourth fan.
“My condolences [Praying hands] Prayers to you and your family at this time,” a fan wrote.
A moving tribute by Scotty and a GoFundMe have both been set up in Mike’s honor.
Funds raised will be used to pay for the funeral, the hospital, and other costs.
“There are many ways to describe a person and their effect, and Mike is many beautiful things to so many people,” Mike’s family and friends wrote on the website. Helper is the word we keep coming back to, though. It’s time for us to be the Helpers in the Mike spirit.”
