The multi-million-dollar legal battle for Elvis’ entire estate ended

The tension inside the Presley family appears to be getting worse. Priscilla, the late Elvis Presley’s ex-wife, is rumored to have been “shut out” by her granddaughter Riley Keough for objecting to a change made to Lisa Marie’s will, according to RadarOnline.com.

According to insiders, Priscilla has been temporarily denied access to the opulent estate, and Keough traveled to Memphis to “alter the locks on the upstairs doors and archives.”

“Priscilla, Lisa Marie, and Angie Marchese, director of the Graceland Archives, were the only individuals having keys previously. Priscilla is now angry and alone as a result!”

RadarOnline.com has gotten in touch with the reps of Priscilla and Riley to request a response.

The tension seemed to reach an all-time high following the memorial service for Elvis’ only child when Priscilla’s legal representatives submitted a petition contesting the “authenticity and validity” of an amendment to Lisa Marie’s living trust from 2016 that included the Graceland residence and a 15% stake in Elvis Presley Enterprises (EPE).

All of Lisa Marie’s children with Danny Keough received ownership rights as a result of the amendment, which also removed Priscilla and Lisa Marie’s former business manager Barry Siegel as cotrustees and handed the rights to Keough and Lisa Marie’s late son Benjamin, who committed himself in 2020.

According to Priscilla, Lisa Marie’s handwriting on the document “appears discordant with her daughter’s typical and customary signature.” She further emphasized that the document was never notarized or given to her as required and that Lisa Marie’s name is misspelled.

Mitra Ahouraian, a lawyer for the entertainment industry, said of Priscilla: “Priscilla would want to preserve control of this trust in order to honestly defend the interests of the children.”

According to Ahouraian, the twins, who are 14 years old, are another consideration when it comes to Lisa Marie’s other children from her fourth marriage to Michael Lockwood.

There is a $35 million life insurance policy that would benefit the children, according to Ahouraian, who spoke to Entertainment Tonight. That’s a lot of money, and if it’s not managed properly, it might potentially go very rapidly.

According to Lisa Marie’s advisers, the three daughters of Lisa Marie are now in charge of the King of Rock’s inheritance. Priscilla and her granddaughter are reportedly both furious about the circumstance for distinct reasons.

According to insiders who talked to Page Six, the Star Wars star believes she is “seeing a new side of her grandmother” and is “not seeking a conflict.” Priscilla and Keough haven’t been speaking as a result.
