Reality TV star has died in a tragic car accident

A DRAG racer who competed on a popular reality TV show died in a terrible car accident, his girlfriend told the news.

On the Discovery TV show Street Outlaws, Nathan Schaldach is known as Cali Nate. On Saturday night, he crashed in southwest Texas.

In a heartbreaking Facebook post, his girlfriend Courtney Paulshock confirmed that he had died. She called him her “soul mate.”

“I am broken.” “I’m shocked,” she wrote on Sunday.

“I can feel my heart breaking.”

Paulshock said Schaldach wrecked his car while racing in Eagle Pass, which is about two hours west of San Antonio.

His friends helped him get to the hospital, but it was too late to save his life.

Paulshock didn’t say how Schaldach crashed or what happened before it because she didn’t want to add to the story.

She wrote, “He gets to see his mom and sister again, and I know that made him so happy.”

“He did what he loved outside.

“I was truly blessed to know the kind of love that Nathan gave me and showed me on a daily basis.”

Eight drag racing teams compete in Season 4 of Street Outlaws: Fastest in America for a $100,000 prize. Schaldach played a lead role in the show.

His season aired in May of last year.

The show is a spin-off of the original show Street Outlaws, which showed how dangerous street racers live their lives.

In drag racing, two cars race against each other on a short, straight track that leads to a finish line.

The major leagues are pretty safe, but street racing is dangerous, which is why most states have made it illegal.

Before Schaldach’s death, Ryan Fellows, another actor on Street Outlaws, died in a car accident in 2022 while filming the show.

Discovery said they were very sad about the loss after the driver’s car rolled over and caught fire during a race in Las Vegas.

The U.S. Sun has called Texas police to find out more about Nate’s accident.

Say “NEVER LOVE AGAIN”
People who knew and loved Schaldach have shared their sadness and condolences online after his sudden death.

Schaldach’s friend Chris Frank said he hardly slept all night after hearing the terrible news.

For those who raced him, he was scary, and for those who knew him, he was great. Frank said this in a Facebook video.

“Every race is risky, and we all know that any ride could be our last.”

“Nate was one of the last true racers with true passion and understanding for the sport.”

Paulshock showed one of Schaldach’s sad last texts and told him she would love him forever.

The driver sent his girlfriend a text message before what would be his last race: “Garth told me to tell you I love you very much just in case tomorrow never comes.”

The text was shared by Paulshock, who wrote, “Please wake me up from this nightmare.”

After work, she shared the Lady Gaga song “I’ll Never Love Again” from the movie “A Star Is Born.”
