Prayers are needed for Shaquille O’Neal

Late on Sunday night, the NBA legend, who is now 51 years old, uploaded the troubling photograph on his Instagram account.

He had a blood pressure monitor attached to the arm on the right side of his body, and a drip feed was being given into the hand on the left side of his body.

Shaq was taken to the hospital for reasons that are now unknown, but his dedicated fans have taken to social media to send him get well wishes in the meanwhile.

This is what Shaq has written: “I am always following @TurnerSportsEJ and @Candace Parker; the two of you are in my thoughts a lot.

A comment was made by one of the fans: “Get better soon gigantic fella!! This is the time when the praying has begun.”

Someone other made a comment along the lines of “I hope you’re okay, Big Man.”

But, a third added more detail by saying: “Now, for those of you who are worried about Shaq, the good news is that he is scheduled to have hip replacement surgery. Get some rest, big guy, and try to get better.”

Shaq is a four-time winner of the NBA championship and is considered to be one of the best centers of all time to have ever competed in the sport of basketball.

Following the conclusion of his playing career, he made the transition into a job as an analyst and has since been a fan favorite on TNT’s coverage of the NBA.

The superstar, who has a height of 7 feet and one inch, has been on a mission to lose weight and has just just revealed the results of his work with the people who admire him.

And as of right now, he weighs 365 pounds, having lost the previous 401 over the course of the past year.

O’Neal told Page Six that he came back into better form because the weight “fell off” of him. He used this phrase to explain how he got back into better shape.

He made the following observation: “My other friend reached out to me and said, “You’re obese.” I was taken aback.

“She gave me the name of this man, and he later carried out some blood tests for me.

It went something like this: “You can do this, you can’t do that, [eat] more vegetables, [your] iron’s low.”

“The price dropped as soon as I just started making those particular adjustments.

“The most important thing is to eat right and exercise regularly.
