NO-BAKE SEMOLINA CUBES… Kids love semolina cooked in milk, but they love this dessert even more… It melts in your mouth…
NECESSARY INGREDIENTS:
For the Base:
- 500 ml water
- 500 ml milk
- 200 g sugar
- 200 g semolina
- 100 g chocolate
For the Cream:
- 1 liter milk
- 4 vanilla pudding powders
- 10 tablespoons sugar (or more to taste)
- 150 g margarine
- 200 ml heavy cream (for whipped cream)
For the Chocolate Glaze:
- 150 g chocolate
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 50 g margarine
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 5 tablespoons milk
METHOD:
For the Base: Boil the semolina in a mixture of water, milk, and sugar. When the semolina thickens, add the chocolate and stir until melted and smooth. Pour the mixture into a medium-sized buttered pan and let it cool.
For the Cream: Boil approximately 800 ml of milk, and mix the remaining milk with the pudding powder and sugar. Stir until thickened, then let it cool completely. Beat the margarine until fluffy, then gradually add the cooled pudding mixture.
Separately, whip the heavy cream and gently fold it into the cream mixture. Spread the cream evenly over the cooled semolina base.
For the Chocolate Glaze: Melt the chocolate and mix it with the oil, margarine, milk, and powdered sugar. Pour the glaze over the dessert.
Chill thoroughly before serving. Enjoy!
