Slow Cooker Polish Sausage, Sauerkraut, and Potatoes
Ingredients:
– 1 package of Polish sausage (about 1 to 1.5 pounds), cut into smaller pieces
– Sauerkraut (16-oz), drained
– 6 small potatoes, quartered
– 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
– 1 bay leaf
– 1/2 cup chicken or vegetable broth
– Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. In a greased slow cooker, place sauerkraut at bottom followed by potatoes and sausage. (Optional:
