Matthew Perry’s sad last words to his assistant before he died of a ketamine overdose have now been made public.

Perry was found unconscious in the hot tub at his Los Angeles home on October 28, 2017. His autopsy showed that he had been severely affected by ketamine and had drowned.

NBC News got court documents that show the 54-year-old star of “Friends” asked his live-in assistant Kenneth Iwamasa to “shoot him up with a big one,” which sounds like he had already taken ketamine before.

It is thought that this was his last dose, given not long before he was discovered dead.

Court records showed that Perry had asked his assistant to give him his first shot of the day around 8:30 in the morning on October 28.

In about four hours, while he was watching a movie in his fancy LA mansion, Iwamasa gave him another dose of the drug, according to PageSix.

After that, the star told his assistant to “set up his jacuzzi” and then asked him to take the third shot of the day.

After giving Perry what was thought to be his last dose, Iswama left his boss at the mansion to run some errands. When he came back, he found his boss dead.

This comes after five people, including Iwamasa, were charged with the famous star’s death on Thursday for taking too many drugs.

The federal indictment also named Perry’s doctors, Salvador Plasencia and Mark Chavez, as well as the broker Mark Fleming and the drug dealer Jasveen Sangha.

Iswama admitted in a plea deal that he had been giving Perry ketamine for about a month before the overdose that killed him.

Ketamine is a dissociative drug that doctors use to put patients to sleep during painful medical procedures.

In the fall of 2023, Perry was getting ketamine infusion therapy to help with his anxiety and depression.

During this time, Perry became hooked on ketamine, Drug Enforcement Administration head Anne Milgram said on Thursday.

They also said that the suspects “took advantage of Perry’s addiction to get rich,” with doctors Mark Chavez and Salvador Plasencia charging $2,000 for a vial of ketamine that only cost them $12.

Also, Plasencia, Chavez, and Sangha gave Perry about 70 vials of ketamine between September and October 2023.

Martin Estrada, the US attorney for the Central District of California, said Thursday, “The people charged in this case knew they were doing wrong.”

“They knew that what they were doing put Mr. Perry in great danger, but they did it anyway.”

“In the end, these defendants were more interested in profiting off Mr Perry than caring for his well-being.”

The charges come almost a year after Perry died from taking too much ketamine.

The actor who played Ross from “Friends” was found floating face down in the hot tub of his swimming pool at his Palisades home by his live-in assistant. This was revealed by an autopsy.

The autopsy report went into great detail about Perry’s last moments, which included his pickleball game at 11 a.m.

His live-in assistant said they saw the actor for the last time at 1:37 p.m. on October 28, 2023.

The assistant found Perry floating face-down in his hot tub when they got back to his house.

The helper jumped in right away and pulled Perry’s head out of the water before calling the police.

When the paramedics got there, they took Perry out of the water and said he was dead.

When Los Angeles police found out that Perry’s killer drug, ketamine, wasn’t prescribed by a doctor, they opened a criminal investigation into his death.

According to the medical examiner’s report, Perry had the same amount of ketamine in his body as someone who is under general anesthesia during surgery.

He drowned, his heart and lungs over stimulated, and the ketamine slowed his breathing, all of which contributed to the final decision that he had died in an accident.

The news shocked everyone in the entertainment business, and his Friends co-stars took the time to publicly mourn his death.

After weeks of silence, each member of the Friends cast wrote a heartbreaking tribute to Perry on their own social media accounts.

Matt LeBlanc, who played Joey Tribbiani on Friends and was Perry’s best friend, wrote, “It is with a heavy heart that I say goodbye.”

“The times we spent together were some of my favorite in my whole life.” I’m proud to have shared the stage with you and call you my friend.
