This family lost a loved one because of a rare problem… Read on to find out more.

It was the fifth time Kelli Tyler had been pregnant. The young mother from Oklahoma was thrilled to have her fifth child. She kept people up to date on her pregnancy through posts.

It was sad that Kelli died soon after giving birth for the fifth time because of a rare problem related to giving birth.

While Tyler was getting ready to give birth again last week, she changed her Facebook profile picture. She died the next day.

Tyler Roach’s mother, Julie Roach, said, “The amniotic fluid got into Kelli’s bloodstream, and she was losing more blood than she could take in.” “She said that the last thing my granddaughter said was, ‘I’m about to pass out.'”

An amniotic fluid embolism is a “dangerous and life-threatening complication,” as the Cleveland Clinic puts it. It can happen during labor or right after completion of labor.

It can be fatal because the symptoms are “very difficult to diagnose because they can be similar to other serious complications during childbirth.”

According to the Cleveland Clinic website, this is why “for reasons that are mostly unknown, some people have a severe allergic response to amniotic fluid mixing with their blood.” This could cause a heart attack, breathing problems, or lung failure.

“She would come around for about a minute and code again,” Roach said about the last moments of her daughter’s life.

At the time, Tyler was giving birth to her daughter Jalie. Because of her rough birth, Jalie may have some health problems in the future. This is not known yet. Family won’t know “until she grows up some more.”

“Jalie will not meet her mom in real life. She will know her mom, though. “We’re going to play these pictures and recordings over and over,” Roach said.

A GoFundMe page was set up by the family to help pay for the unexpected medical bills and day-to-day costs of taking care of the baby and the family during this difficult time. The sale began a week ago and has already brought in three times the amount that was planned.

It breaks my heart to read this story. We wish the family the best as they deal with their loss. Talk about this with other people so that more people are aware of this rare problem.
