Jamie Foxx is making a full recovery.
Corinne Foxx, the actor’s daughter, posted a message on Instagram on Thursday stating that her father is recovering well after experiencing a “medical complication” on Tuesday.
In a statement that was issued on behalf of the Foxx family, Corinne said, “We wanted to communicate that my father, Jamie Foxx, had a medical problem yesterday.”
“Thanks to the quick actions taken and the excellent care that was provided, he is already well on his way to recovery.” The message notes that they are aware of how much he is loved and that he values your prayers. “The family asks that their request for privacy be respected during this difficult time.”
The actor, who is now 55 years old, was most recently spotted on the set of the next Netflix film Back In Action, which is being directed by Cameron Diaz. The highly anticipated movie will mark Diaz’s return to the big screen for the first time since the remake of Annie in 2014, in which Foxx also starred.
An insider revealed that the Charlie’s Angels star and Jamie Foxx “have great chemistry” on set of Back in Action, despite the fact that Netflix has remained tight-lipped regarding the idea of the show.
A film industry insider claimed that Foxx was the driving force behind her decision to make another feature. “When this project came along, and she was pursued by Jamie Foxx, whom she has known and worked with for years, she decided to go for it,” a source said. “When this project came along, she was pursued by Jamie Foxx, who she has known and worked with for years.”

“Dis big head boy bday and thanks for all the birthday shouts #sagseason if it’s my birthday it’s your birthday,” he added in the caption of the photo.
