Sadie Robertson believes that while carrying her second kid, her body has a new role.

The Duck Dynasty alum shared on Taylor Lautner and his wife Taylor Dome’s podcast, The Squeeze, how her body image evolved following her second pregnancy.

Roberton, 25, said to the co-hosts of the show, “I remember it molded a lot of body image stuff for me because your body takes on a whole new significance.

“Suddenly, every part of your body is used for the benefit of another life, so it just shifts so much of who you are and takes the attention off of you and places it onto something so much greater,” she explained.

“It increases your capacity, strength, and self-assurance. It helped me become much less naive, “Robertson emphasized how having her first child and going through parenthood helped her prepare for having her second. “My stomach is no longer attempting to be the flattest or fittest. It feels as though I’m generating life inside of me as it grows at this point.”

In February 2022, Robertson told Yahoo Life about her challenges while carrying Honey James Huff, her first kid, and said, “Perspective may kill you or perspective can make you.”

“From week seven to week 24, I vomited every day. I didn’t have a flawless pregnancy, “She at the time told the outlet. But, at the end of the day, thankfulness overcomes a lot of fears and insecurities you might have.

She published an Instagram story in April 2021 with updates showing the development of Honey’s increasing bulge.

“Growing is defined as increasing or getting bigger over time. You improve me, little child. I hope that no matter how uncomfortable it may be, I will always view progress as a really positive thing. Since such is the case “Robertson wrote the caption.

In November of last year, Roberton and her husband Christian Huff made the news that they were expecting their second child.

The caption on the cute photo of the three of them with Robertson holding a strip of sonogram images reads, “Another little miracle is in motion.

A few weeks later, the couple learned they were expecting a girl during a party where Huff used a baseball bat to hit a ball that erupted in pink smoke.

They charmingly admitted that they were “team female” when they found out the gender of their second child.

In December, Robertson last revealed her expanding baby bulge on Instagram, writing, “Hey there, second trimester! It’s wonderful to see you. appreciative for everything. Gratitude to God”
