UPS driver had to deliver a package, but after looking more closely at the box, he panicked and realized it was a matter of life and death

Kenneth “Robbie” Belew works as a courier for United Parcel Service, but so far he hasn’t realized how stressful his job can actually be!

On the morning of December 6, 2016, Belew went to Robertsville, Missouri to pick up a package that he was later to deliver. At the address where he had to pick up the package was a house, he took the package and then returned to the car but just then he glanced at the box and noticed the phrase that was written on the package.

Upon closer inspection, the courier read the phrase, “Call the police!” After leaving the property, the man quickly called the sheriff.

A crew went to the scene broke into the house and took into custody James Tyler, 33, the husband of the woman who answered the courier at the door.

It seems that before the courier arrived, the man sexually abused the woman and brutally beat her. The woman tried to defend herself, but then he threatened to shoot her and then killed himself in case he left. Police discovered something even more tragic: their 3-year-old boy was found locked in a room where he sat for 15 hours without food or water, during the horrific episode of domestic violence.

Belew, the courier, received the title of “City Hero” from the mayor, while the violent husband has several charges and has to pay a bail of $ 100,000.
