Tim McGraw is in the best shape of his life right now, and he never fails to astound fans with the intense workout routines he shares on social media.
Country music artists, though, haven’t always been at their best. He’s had numerous operations throughout his life after breaking different bones in his body, which has led him to stop doing some of his favorite exercises.
The star of 1883 has admitted that he can no longer jog as part of his daily routines due to the fact that he has had three-foot fractures and two knee surgeries.
The 55-year-old man revealed to Rob and Holly of Audacy that he has had elbow surgery in addition to having had two knee surgeries and three fractures in his right foot.
I can’t run anymore, and that’s what I miss the most, he continued. I used to run a lot, but I’m really not able to anymore, so I’ve stopped doing it.
Tim, who had spent a significant amount of time doing physical therapy, gave the advice that follows after finishing his treatment: “You have to do your physical therapy, and you have to listen to your doctor.”
Tim was an extremely active boy who spent his childhood playing in sports; nonetheless, he started accumulating weight 14 years ago and is currently 215 pounds. He came to the conclusion that he had no choice but to act when his daughter Gracie remarked that he appeared “big on the screen” in the 2008 film Four Christmases.
He admitted that he had “been out of it for a bit” to Men’s Health in 2019. I should have been taking use of it at that time in my career, but I wasn’t.
Tim started paying more attention to his health after giving up alcohol, burgers, and other “truck stop foods”. He developed his own gym in Nashville, Tennessee, in 2019, taking his love of exercise to a new level. TRUMAV is the name of the gym.
I don’t really get tired of training, he continued. Being at the top of my game at my age gives me such a sense of satisfaction, the speaker remarked. To think that I can say that is great.
