🍫 Molten Chocolate Lava Cake
📝 Ingredients:
- 100g dark chocolate
- 100g butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
👨🍳 Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F). Grease ramekins.
- Melt chocolate and butter together until smooth.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs, yolks, and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Mix in melted chocolate, then add vanilla, flour, and salt.
- Pour batter into ramekins.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes (edges firm, center soft).
- Let rest 1 minute, then flip onto a plate.
- Serve immediately (important for molten center).

- Don’t overbake (important!)
- Serve with vanilla ice cream
- Add powdered sugar or berries
