🍫 Molten Chocolate Lava Cake

📝 Ingredients:

  • 100g dark chocolate
  • 100g butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

👨‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F). Grease ramekins.
  2. Melt chocolate and butter together until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whisk eggs, yolks, and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Mix in melted chocolate, then add vanilla, flour, and salt.
  5. Pour batter into ramekins.
  6. Bake for 10–12 minutes (edges firm, center soft).
  7. Let rest 1 minute, then flip onto a plate.
  8. Serve immediately (important for molten center).

💡 Tips:

  • Don’t overbake (important!)
  • Serve with vanilla ice cream
  • Add powdered sugar or berries
