The singer, however, had to sell her dream home in order to move to Las Vegas, where she had agreed to accept a residency in 2005. She thought that by moving, her family could stay together more easily.
Four years after putting her first home on the market for a long period of time, the singer was able to sell the home she built for $38.5 million. She sold the house just one year after her beloved husband passed away.
She reportedly also sold a house in Summerlin, Las Vegas, in April 2023. She paid $9.2 million for the newly constructed mansion in 2017 and sold it for $30 million.
She spent time and money renovating the home before selling it this year. Uncertainty surrounds whether she genuinely resided there or merely bought the house with the idea of reselling it for a profit.
The 31,000 square foot house has a view of a golf course. It has an underground garage and a huge swimming pool. On the inside, there are four bedrooms and twelve bathrooms. The house has a finished basement and a jacuzzi that is completely functional.
But Celine currently resides in a 1.5-acre home in Las Vegas. The house is located in Henderson, Nevada. In 2003, she and her husband allegedly paid $1.2 million for it. She renovated the home once she moved in.
One acre of land surrounds the house, which is more than 8,100 square feet. It has four bedrooms, six bathrooms, and three fireplaces.
Throughout the pandemic, Celine routinely made videos from her kitchen and warned her followers to stay home. The movies showed her kitchen, which had lots of storage.
The style seemed to be gloss-fronted white cabinets with stainless steel fixtures.
