Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta
📝 Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts
- 250g pasta (penne or fettuccine)
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
👨🍳 Instructions:
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper. Cook in a pan over medium heat until golden and fully cooked. Remove and slice.
- In the same pan, melt butter and add garlic. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add parmesan cheese and stir until smooth and creamy.
- Add pasta and chicken back into the pan. Mix well.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
