Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta

📝 Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 250g pasta (penne or fettuccine)
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

👨‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Cook in a pan over medium heat until golden and fully cooked. Remove and slice.
  3. In the same pan, melt butter and add garlic. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  5. Add parmesan cheese and stir until smooth and creamy.
  6. Add pasta and chicken back into the pan. Mix well.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

  • Add chili flakes for extra flavor
  • Use freshly grated parmesan for best texture
  • Don’t overcook the sauce
