Mick Jagger can’t hold back his tears

His family requests privacy during this tough time as they struggle to cope with the passing of their loved one.

When word of Beck’s passing spread, many of his former friends and coworkers, including Jimmy Page, his former bandmate with the Yardbirds, were moved to share their memories of him with the world. In 1965, he replaced Page in the English rock group, and the following year, he succeeded Eric Clapton as the group’s guitarist.

I know I can speak for all of your countless other fans when I say that I will miss you dearly, Jeff. Jeff Beck, may you finally experience the peace that you so well deserve. “Page published a new message on Instagram.

She’s the Boss was Mick Jagger’s debut solo album, and it was released in 1985. On the album, Beck was asked to play lead guitar. Beck was “one of the best guitar players in the world,” according to Jagger, who was essential in securing Beck’s participation on the record. Jagger stated on Twitter in response to Beck’s passing that “we have lost a brilliant man and one of the best guitar players in the world.”

He went on to explain that everyone will miss him dearly after he passed away.
