A FAMOUS rapper passed out during a takeover of a morning radio show and died suddenly at the age of 39.

In the early 2000s, Justin “BeatKing” Riley changed the sound of music in Texas and the rest of the South.

“The Houston native was rushed to the hospital after passing out at the Urban One/Radio One station due to a pulmonary embolism,” TMZ reported.

This happens when a blood clot blocks a lung blood vessel.

His two daughters were with him when he died in a hospital in Houston.

Tasha Felder, his manager, shared the sad news on Instagram, which made my heart hurt.

“BeatKing has been the best part of the club for over a decade,” Felder said.

Through her tribute, she remembered and praised his work and how it changed the music business.

“He has produced and worked with so many artists, that his sound will forever live,” Felder said.

“He loved his supporters, his music, and his daughters @clubgodparenting.”

“We will love him forever.”

Fans wrote tributes to the rapper in the comments section of Felder’s post.

“I’m devastated by your loss!! One person wrote, “This just shocked the crap out of me.”

“Everybody loved bro!!”

Another fan wrote, “Man, RIP to a TEXAS LEGEND.”

Another fan said, “This is terrible news!”

“He will forever be missed.”

CAREER OF BEATKING

Riley was a well-known and respected figure in the underground music scene in Houston.

He worked with well-known artists around the world, such as 2 Chainz and Moneybagg Yo.

A lot of people knew Riley for his songs “Then Leave” and “Scream.”

His Instagram name, @clubgodzilla, shows that his music was often popular in clubs.

MAJOR LOSSES OF MUSIC

A few other deaths that have recently shaken the music world were reported by The U.S. Sun.

Legendary rock musician Jack Russell from the band Great White died on Thursday.

Russell passed away at the age of 63 after having a number of health problems.

Hip hop artist Chino XL passed away in July. He was 50 years old.
