A Wisconsin bride died in a fire on the day of her wedding, which was a shock.
Paige Ruddy died Tuesday after breathing in smoke from a fire in her Reedsburg home, which caused a brain hemorrhage. He or she died the next day at the hospital. The 19-year-old was going to get married on the day of the tragedy.
“She was a wonderful person.” An aunt of Ruddy told NBC affiliate WMTV, “There was nothing you couldn’t like about her.” “She was the person you always knew you needed in your life but didn’t know it.”
Family members were planning to go to the Sauk County Courthouse to see Ruddy and her fiancé Logan Mitchell-Carter get married, but they got the sad news that she had died suddenly. His aunt told the network that there will be a funeral next week.

Ruddy graduated from high school last summer and was going to Madison Area Technical College this fall to start a program to become a vet tech.
Authorities in Sauk County say that a preliminary investigation into the fire and Ruddy’s death is currently taking place.
Her family is very sad and has set up a GoFundMe to help pay for the funeral.
There are lots of good things about Paige that they could fill a room. The event’s description said, “Paige has been full of life since she was a toddler, ready to help anyone with anything, and a joy to be around.”
“Her family said she had a lot of spunk and was nice and fun.” Paige did everything with a lot of effort.
